Client Satisfaction Survey Helps Billing and Practice Management Company Garner Clients’ Service Needs and Ongoing Success – 07/12/2010
MMP ranks favorably among clients in annual 2010 survey
Atlanta, Ga. – July 12, 2010 — Medical Management Professionals, Inc. (MMP), a national firm providing billing and practice management services to physician based practices, recently completed its annual client satisfaction survey for 2010. The survey asked approximately 1,200 physicians to provide written input and rate their satisfaction for various MMP service-related questions on a scale of 1 to 10.
The survey is conducted annually in order to assure MMP’s level of service and overall client expectations are met consistently from year to year, as well as gauge the industry needs of its clients. It was found that on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the highest, MMP ranked 8.7 overall and increased satisfaction by 5 percent from 2009.
