Randal Roat, CHBME, is the Vice President of Radiology Services for MMP.  In his role as VP of Radiology Services, Mr. Roat is actively involved in: radiology practice strategic planning and practice management; technology and billing operations; staff, professional and physical education; governmental, including regulatory and legislative issues related to radiology.

Mr. Roat has background and leadership roles in the following functional areas: Compliance, Government Affairs, Business Development, Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions, Technology and Strategic Planning. His industry involvements include Immediate Past President of the HFMA, the Past President of the Radiology Business Managers of Michigan, RBMA, HBMA government relations past chair, and national relationships including involvement on the government relations committee, payor relations committee and data committee.

Mr. Roat is a graduate of Western Michigan University with a degree in Information Systems and Business Administration, with additional post-graduate education from University of Michigan and the Wharton School of Business.
