G. Darrell Hulsey is President, Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of MMP. Since assuming the role in May 2007, Mr. Hulsey has led MMP’s team of experienced executives in the delivery of MMP’s Physician Practice and Accounts Receivable Management Services, bringing over 17 years of healthcare experience to the company. In addition, Mr. Hulsey is actively involved in defining and implementing MMP's long-term strategies related to growth, technology and leadership development, among others.

Before becoming CEO, Mr. Hulsey was Executive Vice President for the company's Eastern Region; a position he held from 2002 to 2007. Mr. Hulsey also served as MMP's Chief Compliance Officer between 1996 and 2002 and was responsible for developing the company's compliance program. He was among the original founders of MMP in 1994. Prior to founding MMP, Mr. Hulsey served as a Senior Operations Manager with a southeastern based physician practice management company from 1991 until 1994.

Mr. Hulsey is a member of the Radiology Business Managers Association, the American Pathology Foundation and the Medical Group Management Association. Mr. Hulsey currently serves on the board of directors for the University of Alabama Healthcare Administration program and has previously served on the International Billing Association Compliance Committee. Mr. Hulsey is a frequent speaker for the University of Alabama’s Executive MBA program, offered through the Manderson Graduate School of Business.

Mr. Hulsey graduated from the University of Alabama in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Healthcare Administration with an emphasis in accounting.
